Law Of Attraction – Anger – Introspection And Knowing Yourself

Every morning for the next week before you start your day, go to your bedroom, close the door, and pile all your pillows in the center at the head of the bed. Kneel on the bed with the pillows in front of you. Bow gently to your inner self and to the Universe. Then start beating the living daylights out of the pillows.

Do this as a spiritual exercise. Use either your fists, or another pillow, or a plastic baseball bat. Do it for five to ten minutes, or longer if that feels appropriate.

When the time is up, fall into a heap on the bed and breathe deeply until you catch your breath. When you’ve come back to your center, get up, kneel on the bed as before, and bow again to yourself and the Universe. Then go about your day.

You won’t believe the incredible feeling of lightness you’ll have after doing this. There are so many messages waiting to come to us, but they can’t easily move through the negativity of anger and the bad feelings we frequently carry with us.

Get in touch with how you deal with anger. Do you clan up? Do you harbor burning thoughts? Do you take your anger out on others? Whenever you find yourself reacting in these or any other counterproductive ways of denying anger, go to the pillows and beat the living daylights out of them for a least five minutes, or as long as it takes.

If you have any anger you’ve been carrying around, or if you even suspect that you might, this will be one of the most powerful and liberating things you can do.

You may have to replace your pillows frequently. But that’s probably preferable to having to replace your stomach lining, or a heart valve.

When you find yourself embroiled in any kind of less-than-joyous emotion, such as anger, or frustration, or impatience, or worry, or negative thinking, take a moment and simply ask yourself, “What’s happening here?” Try to figure out what is taking you away from your center.

When you can say, “Ah, that’s anger” or “That’s worry,” then you know what you’re dealing with. You can figure out what you’re angry about or worried about, and then work on it. Often, simply identifying what’s happening will be enough to relieve your distress.

If you’re angry, get to your pillows as soon as possible. Or get some fresh air. Or connect with the sun. Remember to do some deep breathing, which is good for almost anything that ails you.

It’s possible that you’re simply tired, hungry, or thirsty, and that your body and psyche are responding accordingly. If you don’t stop to notice what’s happening, it’s so easy to end up being tired and angry and frustrated all at the same time. Then you’re completely miserable and you don’t know why. Try living your life based on the law of attraction: our natural state is pure joy. It’s when we’re truly happy that we’re in touch with our souls. The pain and the suffering we feel through any negative emotion or experience is simply a way to tell us how not to live. When we learn to identify what’s going on, we can make the changes we need to make to get back into our natural state.

Problem Solving With The Law of Attraction

So, if The Universal Law of Attraction can bring you anything that you want, it can fix your problems, right? Well of course; as a Universal Law, The Law of Attraction has to bring you more of anything that has your attention. So, if you have something going on in your life that you DO NOT LIKE (let us call it a problem), then through your continued attention to it, The Universe will bring you more of the same, i.e. more problems, more issues of a similar nature, interactions with friends and acquaintances who can share the experience with you, or at the very least you will have a continuation of the same problem. A vibration of difficulty in any area of your life will bring you more connections and circumstances that match that vibration. Now that may not be exactly what you had in mind, when you are wanting to solve your problem, because what you really want is a SOLUTION! It is really important to understand that the vibration of solution has a different feel altogether, so let us compare the two and have a look at how this works:

Imagine for a moment that you have some kind of domestic disaster on your hands and it needs to be fixed – now! It could be a financially costly disaster, but it is certainly one that costs you in time and causes you a fair bit of stress. So you get into stewing and fretting over it, then when asked by a friend, neighbour, or colleague how you are, you let them know how you are BEING, i.e. you are stewing, worrying and complaining about this very live issue. You are putting out a strong message to The Universe, in no uncertain terms, that you are having a hard time. Now, have you ever noticed that problems can sometimes come along in twos and threes? When you give your attention to a problem, there is often an accompanying feeling of sinking and a grey cloud over your head; there can be all-consuming stressing about it, a sense of being swallowed up by the thing, a desire to know as much about the problem as you possibly can, together with a desperate need to find a solution to THE PROBLEM! Where is your FOCUS? Given that The Universal Law of Attraction has only one job and that is to expand what you are giving your attention to, what do you think is the only thing that can happen now?!

So, how then do we get to a SOLUTION to our problem? When our attention turns more towards the possibility of a SOLUTION, than the having of the PROBLEM, there is a definite change in our direction, followed by a feeling of relief, an improvement in our mood, an inner knowing that this will all get handled at some point, a feeling that you are bigger than this situation, that there are many others who have sorted out far more complicated problems than this one, that there has got to be a way out, that where there is a will, there is a way and eventually you find yourself arriving at a much calmer place of trusting that this too will pass. Feel the difference in the vibration that is on offer. We are going in an entirely different direction; now we are talking. The Law of Attraction is then able to bring you more comforting thoughts, together with some refreshing and practical ideas, there will be more connections with those who have useful information for you, more ways of moving onwards and upwards; then those people who were so interested in commiserating are no longer a match to you and so they just fade away into the background. Then you are on your way; that’s the spirit! The Law of Attraction is in full force, taking you towards your desired outcome, by bringing together flash brainwave ideas, easy ways out, effective DIY measures, referrals, useful contacts and so on.

The Law of Attraction is ALWAYS responding to our thoughts and feelings, expanding where we have put our attention, so the lesson here is to ALWAYS FOCUS on WHAT WE WANT, rather than what we do not want.

Manifestation Is A Powerful Tool For Personal Growth

Manifestation is the results of your thoughts. Sounds simple if you are already a manifestation student but do you really believe it and live by it.

What we focus on expands, so what are you manifesting?

Why not stop and think about it, what you are manifesting right now.

How do you feel about what you are manifesting and do you feel like it is your creation?

You may have some doubts about this but you are already an expert at manifesting?

Just look at everything around you and all the experiences that you have been having.

If we can move forward from that belief that we are already creating the things that are in front of us, we can also think that it is possible to change what we are manifesting.

So if manifestation is a given, then how do we change what we are manifesting.

Focus on what you want: Focus on the feelings of what you want and feel positive about it, positive about having it, feel good in your body and emotions.

The opposite of this is to focus on not having it and that we should have it. This is an important point so think about this for awhile. Think back to the experiences that you have had and how you felt about those things before they were delivered. Think about things that came easy and things that were difficult. Use you own experiences to take this point to a deeper level deeper.

Start to take inspired action towards having what you want. Inspired action means to take action with awareness of how it makes us feel as we move towards having what we want.

Taking action with awareness allows us to know when we are coming across some limiting beliefs and to recognize the negative voice that tells us to stop or change direction.

The simplest method to follow when we hit a negative belief, it to just ignore it and replace it with a positive one. This may take some repetition but it is well worth it.

There are plenty of other techniques for belief change which can be used at a later stage. Starting the ball rolling is the most important thing at first.

Continue to take action with awareness and you will know when you making the decisions that will support what you want. If you get off track, just laugh and get back on again.

Choose what resources you would like to help you and stay aware for their delivery.

Personal growth is a lot about knowing who we really are and using conscious manifestation is a great tool to learn a lot about ourselves. When you master conscious manifestation you will also realize at a deeper level that it was really you who created all those experiences.

Put to Use The Law Of Attraction To Get Money

The far majority of us work hard at our jobs so we can get our paycheck every week. We use the money to pay the bills, but it barely keeps us floating above water. The problem is most Americans are struggling to do this, and they are falling deeper into debt. In most jobs, you are only allowed to work so many hours. Your employer will only pay for a particular amount of hours, but we all know there are those who seem to have an abundant supply of financial resources. A person needs to train their mind and body so it feels like it is rich, which means you will be more likely to receive money.

In life, remember that what you often think of is what you get, which means if you are always worrying about bills, this is what will happen. This is why you need to dream about having an abundant bank account and wallet, happiness, and countless joy. This is what you will receive when you are thinking of ways to attract money.
